[Everything doTERRA] ganglion cysts

Dear Katie,

I have a sister who had one and I either posted or read what it said to do on www.everythingessential.me and they recommended the lifelong vitality.  She went on that for a month and it went away!  Needless to say, she is still taking them and knows the supplements are doing good things for her!

I have a client where both she and her 9 year old daughter have
Crohn's disease. Is there a blend of oils that you would recommend to
help them both with the effects of this disease?

Ginny Eiseman <ginny@kpunet.net> Jan 04 02:17PM -0900

I don't know a lot about this condition other than people seem to do
better on gluten and sugar free diets. The protocol is listed here for
oils. gin

I have a client who has struggled with a low libido for several
years. She has five children and also works as a nurse, which I am
sure adds to her stress level. She has tried Clary Sage, with no
success, are there any other oils that you would recommend for her to
use and how long should she use these oils before knowing if they are
having a positive effect or not?

One of our clients had success with ylang ylang and LLV

Cranberry is great, cranberry juice on the other hand, is NOT. It is
LOADED with sugar. Definitely take Riki's advice & go with the
supplement! It will help!

I would also rub on your abdomen purify, lemongrass, and melaleuca.
My wonderful daughter told me this,( I was struggling getting it
nipped with the oils! So, I did this and WALA! It worked great.) I
did find out you need to treat it for a couple of days after there are
no symptoms. Then it won't come back.

Rosemary is the best for bladder infections. I have found out where the
bladder is on my foot and i put it on just that area three or four times a
day. Its gone witbhin a day. I use to get bladder infections all the time.
As soon as i feel one coming on i put on my rosemay may be once or twice a
day and it is gone jst like that. Love that stuff.

I agree with Riki about the capsules! I've gotten a horrible bladder
infection. Hit it with about 3-4 capsules at first then you can slow
down. It worked really well. Also, cranberry juice is a form a sugar
and feeds the yeast in your body. You really aren't helping yourself,
you're probably making it worse by feeding the yeast that causes the
problem to begin with..

Dodes anyone have any success stories with ganglion cysts? I have a
friend who has one and has tried oregano topically on her wrist and
it's giving her a horrible rash. Any ideas? Should she try her feet?
(That's what I suggested next) Any ideas are greatly needed!!!

Thanks!

It is a side effect from going off the clonazepam, not the detox part.
I'd watch it carefully. Unfortunately, it may mean that you need to
taper slowly off of it. Unfortunately, clonazepan is one of those drugs
that is very addictive and your body will crave it and start throwing
'symptoms' at you to get you to take it. The scariest is serious
thoughts of suicide and other 'voices'. The burning synsation is not one
of the reported common side effects but I have heard of it before. It is
a very hard drug to go cold turkey from and doctors don't recommend that
at all.
If you think you can handle it continue. I'd carry balance and use it as
often as you need, even just opening the bottle and smelling it. I'd
also drink a ton of water with lemon oil.
If it gets to be too much and you need to start taking the clonazepan
again try cutting down 1/4 off of the dose previously taken. If you need
help with the taper let us know right away.

Carly Nelson <eojunkie@gmail.com> Jan 04 03:27PM -0700

Thank you, Ginny...I was just thinking maybe I shouldn't have gone off so
quickly...I was always told it was a 'very mild medication' and that I was
on a low dose. Had I known how bad it really was, I would have gotten off
a long time ago. It's been about 5 days. I'm very agitated/stressed/not
sleeping, etc. My mood is okay, but I don't know if I can take the other
symptoms for long...and some say it can go for months, even a couple of
years!

I guess what I'm wondering is, do I dare take it again and start tapering
off slowly, or would that really throw my system for a loop? Had I only
known, I would have tapered from the start. I'm such a goofball.

I appreciate any suggestions.

This is a weird post--so be warned!

RE the Peaceful child discussion - I am using it in a roller ball for my boys. The put it in their backpack and take it to school. I use the FCO to thin it enough to roll it out (plus they would use the whole dang bottle at once). Also, I do not mess with making an individual batch. Too much of a pain with the vetiver. So I triple it in a bigger glass bottle. It costs more to get it going, but its certainly easier to use.

Now for the weird part. I was thinking about all the little things that I love about doTERRA that just don't come up. So here's a few. 1. I never get tired of the new boxes. Even when its just LLV and the facial kit, I'm so excited to get it and open it. 2. I love the gold sparkles in the shampoo. I have no idea what they are, but they kind of make me smile. 3. I think its funny that my kids have ripped off the phrase "doterrorist" and added "Potions Master". 4. I get a kick out of telling people I am a "doTerrorist Potions Master" as a career--opens a lot of doors for some great discussions and people smile and are disarmed before I even open my mouth. 5. I think the PB assist looks cool. I'm a texture person, so that funky little pill fits that bill. 6. I think I want to bathe in immortelle. 7. I love that not all of the oils smell terrific. I find a use for my son to use a stinky one just before he goes out with his friends. Not too many girls want to get close to melaleuca.

The Epsom Salt, AKA magnesium sulfate, holds the oils in suspension so they
don't float to the top of the water or other liquid.

I use it for my mouth wash as suggested on the doTERRA toothpaste tube.
Dissolve the Epsom Salts in the water (just a tiny pinch is enough) in 8
ounces water; add 1 drop of On Guard oil and shake.
