I found this "They were successfully treated with a combination of broad spectrum antibiotics and corticosteroids in moderate doses, which were quickly tapered with improvement of the patients. The topical therapy included dressings, thermal water spray, Dermocare® (Sunflower seed oil amphoglycinate), etc. The considerable improvement was seen in 3 to 6 weeks after the therapy initiation. All patients obtained very good results and tolerated the topical application of thermal water spray (Avène) 6 to 8 times per day very well."
So I would say you need a broad spectrum antibiotic - I would say oregano in a capsule and I hope someone can suggest how much and taken how often - no more than 10 days though.

I tried searching the database on it but didn't come up with anything. I just started out so I only have the Family Physician Kit on me and would like to help him out as quickly as possible.
