hours is wrong. They want you to take it on an empty stomach with
nothing else, especially no calcium. They really don't want you to even
eat for 30 minutes after taking it. I wait 30 minutes but if she has a
slow metabolism up to an hour. I believe the warning refers to calcium
which blocks the absorbtion. The only other things I can think of are
cabbage and cauliflower. (And she should take with food).
I've been taking thyroid meds for almost 20 years and have seen at least
a dozen specialists and none have said 4 hours.
