BP; have tried to get off of my medicine several times and end up
having to go back on. I have been on LLW/LLV for 2 years and have
gone through several cleanses over the last 6 months. I drink Slim N
Sassy in my water all the time, but about 4-5 gtts per 24oz is all I
can handle. Recently took Dr. Me's recipe of 4 drops Basil/4 drops
Marjoram in a capsule twice a day and it seemed to work really well
for 2 weeks, then did not work when I was premenstrual and I had
symptomatic high BP's with visual issues and headaches which did not
respond to oils. I know this is not an easy one as oils work
differently on each of us, but wondered if I should be using other
combinations when I am premenstrual that might work better? For
now, I am back on my meds because I don't want to mess around too
much and risk having a serious incident. Thanks for any help you can offer!
