Re: [Everything doTERRA] ruptured blood vein in leg

You still need to repair the vein and reduce the inflammation so if you have
Melaleuca, OnGuard or Frankincense either of these would help reduce the
inflammation and I would also continue using the Helichrysum for repair.

My son and I are trying to remove the tub of our washer and it is
being stubborn. I put my foot in the tub and stomped on it to try to
break it loose. All of a sudden I had a burning pain right at the
bottom of my calf muscle. I reached down to rub it and there was a big
blue lump. I ran into the house and  grabbed my oils. Modern
Essentials said to use helichrysum and grapefruit. I don't have
grapefruit yet, so I layered helichrysum and citrus bliss (for the
grapefruit in it) and then Deep Blue for the pain. It hurts! (I just
realized I could use slim & sassy for the grapefruit, too.) I put a
hot wash cloth on it, hoping to drive the oils in. Now, 30 minutes
later, the lump is gone. Mostly the bruised look is, too. But it still
hurts! It is elevated. What else should I do with it?

Happy and safe 4th, all!
