I have a couple of great give-aways that are oil related. A friend and team member and I got together and made little air fresheners out of restaurant coasters, (free), and some fabric remnants. We used a die cut machine and cut the coasters into rectangles about 1 x 2 inches. We cut the fabric a bit bigger and used fabric glue to glue the fabric edges together around the coaster. We folded the top over and punched a hole and set an eyelet in the top of each one. Then we ran a matching ribbon through the eyelet. When you are ready for your event, add a drop of oil to each coaster. We used Wild Orange, but any of the citrus oils works wonderfully. You can also make up a batch of bath salts with one of the oils and put them in any jar with a little ribbon on it and maybe a cute label. These are both great little gifts for very little expense. Every time the guest uses one of them, they will be reminded of your doTERRA event.

Hello everyone,
I have been in doTERRA for about a month now and I finally decided to
go for it and set a date for my grand opening. It will be held on July
16th. My question to you all is this: I have very little if no,
support here where I am and I have never done this before so I am very
nervous!! I need suggestions for incentives for people to come. So
far, I have decided to offer a small free gift to each person who
bring a friend, and I am going to give away a bottle of lavender or
lemon (haven't decided which yet) as a door prize. Plus, I will be
serving food and drinks with essential oils in them and my plan was to
show the intro dvd, demonstrate some of the products, and them let
people exerience and ask questions. Is that all I need to do? What
other suggestions or preparations do I need to do? I just sent out
invitations to approximately 50+ people so I am hoping for a good
turnout but very very nervous about doing this all by myself!! Any
help or suggestions would be appreciated!
