If they are the small slivers, just put a drop or two of purify on the slivers, cover with a bandaid and leave them over night.  Most times, by morning, they will have worked themeselves out!  It really works.  If their are larger ones, after putting purify over night on them, they should be easy to get to with tweezers. Use Melaleuka or purify for additional infection protection.
