It has been just over 2 years since we took our son off prescription meds for asthma. He was 4 at the time and was on breathing treatments, a daily inhaler and we had liquid steroids for his attacks. Previous to that, he had spent lots of time in the hospital for RSV and viral pneumonia. Since that time, on occasion when he does get sick, we use breathe on his chest and feet. We also use balance. I also find that peppermint will help too. I love what these oils have done for my kids history with asthma and allergies.
