I got to sample a drop, and added it into my Slim and Sassy water. It wasn't bad that way. It is strong, though...the Rosemary leaves an after taste.

Can this just be rubbed on the liver area with some carrier oil?  The label says one drop daily.  Everythingessential.me says to put it in a capsule.  I'm a bit confused. It doesn't taste too good!
