I'm not knocking vegetarians with this, and don't mean to offend anyone, but while it's a healthier diet than the typical American/Western diet, it's not a balanced one and does still lack nutrients. The purifying effect of the blend could be creating a desire in your cells for the missing nutrients, and thereby creating hunger.
Again, please don't take offense. Choosing a vegetarian lifestyle is one's right, and I'm not making a judgement, just stating a nutritional fact.

Something I learned from a Dr. Hill presentation is that Slim & Sassy is a METABOLIC blend. I don't know about you, but at first I kept thinking of it as the weigh loss blend. Ok... lemme quote what my notes were from his lecture:"Metabolism is a misunderstood word. Most people tend to think of it as what burns up their food. If you have a fast metabolism, you can get away with eating a lot. Fat people might complain they have a slow metabolism. The word is being abused… metabolism is creating energy in your body. Your metabolism works to eliminate toxins in your body. Your metabolism focuses on healing your body from a nutritional standpoint."It kinda sounds like your body is making you more hungry in order to get the nutrient(s) you might be low or lacking in you. To balance out your metabolism. That's my unprofessional take on it, and I wouldn't quit using it. :)LeahOn Fri, May 6, 2011 at 2:03 PM, Rachel Wachs <rachelloveswade@gmail.com> wrote:
This may seem personal and odd, but since i have started taking slim & sassy internally (5 drops/5x day) I have been so hungry. We are Vegan, and in the spring/summer months pretty high raw food Vegan, so that may be part of the reason that this is happening, but I am curious if anyone else has noticed this.
Looking forward to hearing your input.
