Re: [Everything doTERRA] Slim & sassy changing appetite

Ah...now that's something I need to learn how to do. So far, I've done one salad dressing experiment, using oregano and lemon with evoo and Bragg's RACV. I'm not much of a cook because my mom always threw me out of the kitchen. Being self-taught, she wasn't comfortable with others underfoot (which I later understood for the same reason), and I have never been comfortable in the kitchen. That's what my friend comes over to help me with as I learn how to experiment and how to make healthier foods.

Tonight, for example, I ate a salad with avocado in it for the first time since my grandma died. I used to love her avocado salads, yet I never made one myself. Funny, it was soooo easy, and I loved it, especially in a spinach salad with salmon added and Walden Farm's Asian dressing. Best salad I've ever had in my life!

Sorry for the personal diatribe in this one...but doing that tonight was powerful.

That sounds so fun! Getting together and preparing a meal with a friend adds a nice high vibration to your food.  :) I love adding the oils to my food prep, too!
