I've personally been doing a lot of nutritional research lately, and have decided to go Paleo. I feed my dogs the way they were designed by nature to eat, and it's time for me to eat the way I was designed by nature to eat. But this is my choice. I have a friend who does High Raw, and I support her in that, as she does me in my choice to go Paleo...and we love getting together in my kitchen to prepare meals together a couple of times a month!

I don't take offense. I feel that the way I eat is clean and healthy for me. It's not for everyone, and I understand that. I appreciate your thoughts and comments.
