I agree w pat. I had a gal it made a little sick.... ie bloated and yucky feeling. Smaller doses would b ok for her. A cleanse would help a lot. Get some toxins out. Just fyi if u don't need to lose weight it is still ok to take internally because it will not make u lose if u don't need to. It will help detox ya. I heard a story of a kid who couldn't gain and it helped him. So.... any ideas on that pat?
