Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: low testosterone

Rosemary is a good oil for him to try also Balance, Clary Sage, Geranium
and Sandalwood. These should be put on the reflex points of his feet.

Vitamin D is a precursor for testosterone... if you don't have enough
vitamin D in your body, you can't make testosterone (or estrogen). So,
in addition to the oils recommended, get out in the sunshine with no
sunscreen for at least 20 minutes a day, exposing a good percentage of
skin to direct sun (but not to the point of sunburn of course).

I recommend that you research vitamin D at www.vitamindcouncil.org.
Have a blood test to measure the 25 oh/d levels as described on the
Vitamin D council website. 40 is the most recently suggested target,
because that is the level needed for breastfeeding women to produce
milk containing Vitamin D (all other mammals produce vitamin D in
their milk; humans in this age do not seem to because we are so
deficient).

If you cannot get enough sunshine and need to supplement, the brand
that I recommend is Purity, because it is the only one I have found
that contains co-factors needed to process the vitamin D.
