Re: [Everything doTERRA] Pneumonia

Basically, it is sliced onions baked until just feeling a little slimy with olive oil and then placed on the chest while warm, not hot. Cover with plastic wrap and then we wrapped a warm towel around her chest and secured it with a wrap. She slept in it all night with the breathe under the poultice.
