How to use a pendulum? It's hard to explain via words only. I'd suggest going to a metaphysical shop where they sell them and asking them to show you. I will say that a pendulum works well for "dowsing" for energy and energy blockages, just like dowsing rods do for water, and many other things (I've been astonished by this, as I always thought they were just for water). And don't be scared if this is out of your experience, metaphysical shops are not evil or scary...if one does feel that way, leave. Since most are owned by people who are healers, they're usually very pleasant places to be. These are the places you can buy crystals and herbs, Reiki charged candles, sage and sweetgrass for smudging, incense, etc.

Muscle testing can be explained via email, and if you want that one explained email me personally using the link below (it should be working properly now). There are several different ways to do this, and it's very effective...and fun!

Have you ever used a pendulum? One class I'm getting ready to co-teach, and can't wait to have, is the Chakra Balancing class! It's so neat to see the effects of the oils with such a visual tool! Not for everyone, I know...and kinesiology has much broader use than just the oils. 

Want to know if a food is good for you? Muscle test for it. Try this exercise...muscle test yourself with something like an apple, and then a packet of artificial sweetener. 

Want to know if you should do something? Ask your Higher Self...muscle test it.

My friend has had cancer (treated it naturally and it's gone); also has fungus issues and MCS (multiple chemical sensitivities) which has gotten far better in the years I've known and helped her, but she's still not what I would call a vibrant and thriving person.   So today I finally got around to testing the oils on her and all of the ones in the Aromatouch kit tested 100%.  EVERY ONE.  So after testing she used the Balance and was almost giddy.  I don't think I've ever seen her smiling so much and we tested again and she was SO strong!  Wow!  I forgot to test the other few oils I had in my purse but she was too strong to test them after the application of just the Balance.

Looks like this biz could be easier than I thought!
