I'll give this a try. What's been explained to me as to how they work is that since the essential oils are lipophilic they penetrate fat cells where toxins are stored by the body and bind to them. They are able to penetrate local cells within 30 seconds, and every cell within 20 minutes. Since they're also hydrophilic, they then flush the toxins out of the system when enough water is consumed to aid them in doing so.
