Use it topically and diffuse it. Ingest it, etc. Take warm baths with
epsom salt & sea salts, and add essential oils with a little FCO to
the water. Oregano and Lemon, Breathe, Eucalyptus, On Guard... keep
rotating oils. Soak at least 20 minutes in the bath.
