[Everything doTERRA] Re: Jet lag

Apparently a transatlantic flight gives you the equivalent amount of
radiation as an x-ray. Here is what I would suggest to help you combat
the radiation as well as the jet lag...

Take the LLV faithfully, as directed. Also consider supplementing with
a green smoothie every day... you need lots of antioxidants to help
combat the extra radiation you get.

Drink 8 oz of water for every time zone you cross. The hydration will
help your body deal with the jet lag.

Use Peppermint as a pick-me-up, and Lavender or Serenity if you have
trouble sleeping. I'm sure you'll get other suggestions for oils from
people who have experience with this.
