Sounds like you are somewhat limited with the oils but I have to
recommend Frankincense and helichrysum for speedy recover and
healing. These are oils that should always be in your emergency/
preparedness kit. If i'm ever having a problem deciding on an oil I
pretty much always default to Frankincense as my catch all and it
seems to do the trick. Keep in mind that...even if you're unsure, ANY
essential oil is better and more beneficial than none. That's what I
love about the oils. Is even if I don't have a specific one for a
specific concern, I know I can use any of the ones I do have and
receive healing an benefit.
You're on the right track with lavender and melaleuca though if
that's what you've got. You can Take lemon internally to help detox
any residual infection and strengthen the immune system.
