[Everything doTERRA] Re: CANADA-Customs issues???

I have a large group spread across Canada. We have had a very small
number of incidents with customs... most shipments have arrived
without any problems whatsoever. Delivery timeframes vary wildly,
though doTerra is trying to solve that... the shipping company they
are working with "drops the ball" from time to time. I tell people to
expect 8 - 10 working days for shipments to arrive. I got boxes
yesterday that were shipped the 25th, for example. Shipping usually
costs about $12 with autoship; a little more if it is a regular order.
We pay in $US. I suggest that Canadians get a $US credit card from
their bank--many banks here have no-fee $US credit cards available--to
avoid the exchange rip-off, but many people just use their $CAD credit
cards.

If your contact is anywhere near Ottawa, Ontario, please send them
along to the Justin Harrison event! It's at the Travelodge Hotel in
Ottawa from 9 - 3 pm on May 14. Business meeting from 3 - 5 p.m.
