I am up all night on the airplane and arrive at my layover with 24
hours before I head back to New York again. The farther east I go, the
harder my recovery from the trip and I'm totally useless the day after
the trip and it usually takes me a full 3 days before I feel like
myself again.
Currently I take a nap once I arrive at my destination in the
morning.... no longer than 3 hours or else I won't sleep through the
night that night. Then I try my best to make myself wake up and get up
and going for the day, then try to go to sleep by midnight that night.
I struggle with severe fatigue, weak and tired muscles, and
interrupted sleep... all typical symptoms of jet lag.
Can anyone recommend an essential oil protocol to help combat the jet
lag?
