[Everything doTERRA] Chronic sinus and ear infection

I have a friend who has been having sinus issues/recurring infections
for a month (sinus and ear). She is on her third round of antibiotics
now and still no relief. What can I recommend? Three months prior,
same thing, so I'm also wondering what to recommend to get her system
back in balance as it would seem it's chronic.
