I am surprised no one has responded to you yet. I know you will get a lot of response to this. Also, if you check out the search on everythingdoterra you will find a lot of event planning ideas. Too bad you are doing this the day after Valentine's, but you need a theme and then plan around that. You've got St. Patties day next month so go green...
Ask yourself what you want to accomplish, who will be your target audience and what appeals to this group of people. It's awesome you have so many people to have a warm list. Are you going for the new weight management program, or Family Physician...health and wellness. There are so many ideas....since it is the day after Valentine's day you could have a couple's spa night. Relax and enjoy evening...  Come up with your theme, then build around that. I just did a dinner with everything organic and using the oils in every recipe. How many dishes can you create in one meal using the oils....

  I am hosting my first party on Tuesday the the 15th between 6-8. I
  have no Idea what I am doing. lol, but just tell me what to do and I
  will do it! I made a list tonight of about 50+ people. i want to give
  them the invite ASAP. If anyone of you could email me an invite I will
  get it out to everyone tomorrow. I am going to the Doterra office this
  week so she would be able to get samples for people, let me know what
  you think would be beneficial so I can order it, I have no Idea where
