I have wondered the same thing.  I have been treating my two year old granddaughter's

eczema as if it was yeast.  Been using Melaleuca and Oregano alternately on her feet.

She breaks out horribly and then it is dissapates by the next day.  I continue the oils

and the eczema breaks out in another place.  Her mother, my daughter, has a yeast problem.  I

had Epstein Barr.  I say "had" as I have been able to conquer it with diet and oils. 

 

For years my husband has suffered with ears and the skin rotting out.  They were treating

it with antibiotics which seemed to work for awhile then it seemed to come back worse.

I rubbed Melaleuca on the back of his ears and down his eustacian tubes.  The next

morning the skin had broken open and yeast was covering his neck and hair.  He no

longer has stinky ears or oozing gunk.

 

I think yeast creates a lot of havoc that we have not contributed it to in the past.

 

So thankful to have found doTERRA.

Cold pressed, organic coconut oil  is what I have used on my 4 year
old, and it is more effective than the fractionated (I used Myrrh and
Melaleuca on him).  However, as a side note, I am beginning to wonder
if eczema is really an internal yeast build-up.  Has anyone else seen
this?

The reason why I beginning to wonder if eczema is really an external
manifestation of a candida build-up, is because I'm beginning to use
some liquid herbs internally for my 4 year old that are designed to
attack yeast.  (Since my 4 year old can't swallow the GX Assist.)   In
2 days he stopped scratching, and 1 week later his skin looks better
than it has in the past 18 months.

This leads me to wonder, can we kill eczema from the inside out?
Anyone else have any thoughts regarding this?
