[Everything doTERRA] ECZEMA OR BLOOD DISORDER??

I HAVE A BROTHER IN-LAW WHO HAS BEEN BATTLING SEVERE ECZEMA HIS ENTIRE LIFE.  HE HAS JUST FOUND OUT THAT HIS BIO. DAD HAS HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS AND WAS JUST DIAGNOSED WITH A BLOOD DISORDER.  HAS ANYONE HAD ANY EXPERIENCE IN SOMETHING SIMILAR TO THIS AND HAVE ANY E.O. ADVICE FOR TREATMENT?
