I don't know if this will help, but I put some TerraShield on my legs, and my cat went a little nutso,maybe you can put it on the bottom the "wild man's" feet! Mine acted like she was high on "kittyJuana", i.e. catnip.

My sister loves using lavander or serenity with her cats for stress. If they're itchy try some pb assist or a white vinegar bath w/ lavander.
