Lynda is right on target with cinnamon. We have a friend who did the 12 step program and cinnamon is the key that helped him quit. Along with the desire.
He would put it in water or on a toothpick or in a drink of juice. Remember it is hot, but for some reason helps remove the tobacco craving.
