Here is my opinion and it's just an opinion..We all have several I'm sure. Because we are regulated by the FDA, doTERRA has to be very careful how they label the oils. We cannot make any claims to cures as you well know. But because of some of the compounds being harmful in the eucalyptus in other scientific research, we cannot say that it's ok to consume. That is my understanding anyway. Pat may have a better answer for you tho.
