Sorry it has taken me so long to post this.  I hope it is helpful to everyone that asked for it.  Please let us know what results you are having.  Being consistent with this process is key.  In the case that Dr. Hill described – it took 6 weeks of application each day – and then I would think that you would need to have a maintenance program of some sort to continue the process.
