My very 1st experience with the doTERRA oils was about 1 1/2 years ago while at the park and I was experiencing an allergy attack. My friend "happened" to have her oils with her and offered me melaleuca to put on my feet. After a few minutes I was blown away that my attack stopped! I have had allergies my whole life and relied on almost every line of antihistimine there is, I did a couple years of shots, etc. It is miserable. Last spring I had been on a candida cleanse and was shocked when I didn't have allergies at all!! I think that was a big factor in clearing the allergy thing.

constantly. I remember times when she would literally sneeze for 5
minutes straight! Poor girl...I really want these oils to help her!
