Oh it is so wonderful. I made a pumpkin pie. We are camping, didn't have ginger or cloves powder with me, so I used  2 drops of each oil, ginger and cinn, also 2 drops of cinn. along with 1 teas. cinn. powder. It was so tastey. Good thing I have all my oils with me.
 
Then I made a lemon pie, I used the fresh squeezed lemons, I just had to try putting 3 drops of lemon oil in also. That was awesome too. I like my lemon pie tangy.
 
When I cook cranberries to make a sauce, I put maybe 4 -5 drops of wild orange in. Yummy!
 
The oils gives the food a great flavor. 
 
Experiment with the oils.
