I had this problem after the birth of my daughter and found it was B vitamin deficiency.

I have a serious crack/dry spot/tear on the corner of my lip. It's so bad that when I wake up in the morning if I open my mouth to speak it will break open again and possibly bleed. I've been applying Melaleuca on it all day but it just doesnt seem to be applying the relief that I need.
