[Everything doTERRA] Melanoma stage V

I have a friend with stage V Melanoma. He had decided not to try
chemo and to use alternative methods. Right now things are looking
pretty grim, so what should I suggest for him to do? What is the
cancer protocol I keep reading about and would that be the best thing
for his type of cancer? Thank you
