I was taking the oil but like you didn't see great results. I really really like the control bars. One in the morning for breakfast really curbed my appetite, a light lunch then dinner. My husband was skeptical at first until he forgot to grab something for breakfast. I gave him my bar and he was surprised how well it tasted, took away his hunger pains and curbed his appetite until he had a late lunch.
