I have taken digestive enzymes for over 30 years with every meal, and in between sometimes...also probiotics...so I feel I have a lot of experience...doTERRA offers excellent zymes and pros...and with the new pricing of them included with the LLV...it is a great deal !!! Both are what they call braod spectrum...meaning they are very complete...when you look at who creates the dT products oyu can be sure they are the very best !
