[Everything doTERRA] Digestion enzymes

I have been on the Fast Metabolism Diet (FMD) for a couple of months. The author of the diet recommends taking digestive enzymes to help break down food faster. She offers her own enzymes, but I wondered which doTerra product would accomplish the same thing. I have most of the products used in the 30 day renewal cleanse. I am looking for something that would be taken daily, but not necessarily with every meal that would aid in digesting food. Thanks! Sz
