Sorry I was unclear. Those YL reps were not being "non-compliant" ....it just appears they heard of our bump and are taking full advantage of it and really pushing. I am not saying it's wrong...they are pushing forward as they should. I am just saying that we once had that enthusiasm in this area and since this whole change it is like radio silence and I think everyone is just confused and unsure of how to proceed. I remain positive and try to motivate my team but above and below me I see a big difference in motivation. Again...I think it is partly fear and confusion. I have nothing against YL and have used their product myself. It was just a comparison of the enthusiasm levels.
