I look at it this way, Carla, if YL reps are being blatantly non-compliant they're heading for a world of hurt because while it "feels" like doTERRA was targeted by the FDA we can be sure that they're monitoring YL just as closely. So if the YL reps don't become compliant they'll be hurt and will be legally forced to become so. That would put doTERRA ahead of the game because we're already putting a great deal of time, effort and education into being FDA compliant.

As to Valerie's question, it's my understanding that a private conversation cannot be dictated - Freedom of speech, our constitutional right. But if we start recording these things (audible or written) for distribution we would then be non-compliant.

I certainly agree...I am saddened as well and feel like the enthusiasm all around has taken a dive.  And even more sadly in my area it seems YL reps have taken full advantage of that and gone to the extreme and post like crazy and have grown tremendously. I try to stay completely positive with my team but just seem to be losing the battle as everyone is feeling frustraed where it was completely opposite before. I hope I can turn that around as I truly love what I do and believe in these oils i hope there will be some exciting new products to boost the mood as well as some training that can retrain us on how to teach classes. Thanks for this great forum.
