Diet is a huge part of this, as I am sure he is aware.
No Sugar
No Dairy
No Gluten
There are lots of things he can still eat but he needs to give everything a rest. If he is not willing to do that then, there is nothing I can suggest.
Until he gets the inflammation under control I would not even recommend the supplements, even though down the road they will be an essential part of his wellness.
DigestZen is a great support oil.
See about his diet first and then we'll see what else we can do.

Prior to the surgery he was on Humira for most of a year which seemed to put it in remission (well over a thousand a month) but it came back with a vengeance. He's only 35 years old and often times once they start with the surgeries it becomes ongoing, from what I understand, it's usually where they have reconnected it. I don't seem to be able to find much out on my own so whatever you find will be a help.
