[Everything doTERRA] Back pain, calcium buildup

I am still having occasional tingling and numbness in my upper arms, likely from calcium buildup in my cervical spine. My right leg and hip have numbness as well, which prevents me from sleeping off and on. This is also positional, as I can feel it after I have been sitting in my comfy chair or standing for extended periods of time while cooking. My legs feel weak, and this condition is affecting my gait and balance--a problem for an 80-year-old, making me a high fall risk.

I still feel my neck creaking occasionally, and my lumbar spine sometimes feels stiff when I bend over. But where in the past I could not turn my head to back out of the driveway, now I have much more flexibility.

For many months I applied lemongrass on my feet, but lately I an tell that my fingernails are getting very soft. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Does it look like I am making progress with this condition?

I took the recommended dose of LLVP for about 4 years, during which time I had continuous diarrhea and lost way too much weight. After discontinuing all supplements and adding back 1 each week I learned that the Alpha CRS was causing the diarrhea.

I must do something to gain some weight. I am trying to eat healthy, whole foods, no junk food, etc. I also have been dealing with yeast overgrowth and food sensitivities, which severely limits calories.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. :)
