I have the same issues. I am also 51 and had a complete hysterectomy 15 years ago. I am on a hormone replacement patch and had clear skin. Recently I started using the oils - Frank, Lavender and Maleluca - and got the itchy flaky eye and dry peeling skin. Stopped all oils and skin is slowly recovering but eye is still an issue. So following this thread and input from all the knowledgeable folks with great interest!
