When I'ce had high stress. I'm very diligent with taking Frank under my tounge as needed but at least morning & eve. It was my go to oil to beable to think when a clise family member died.
I really like wild orange & peppermint together for day time doldrums. We call the blend Focus. Slightly more w orange then peppermint. Can layer but I keep in a 5 mil roller bottle.
I also like oils in my water to wake the body up. Just Lemon or grapefruit. Or a fav in Waterbottle is 3d grapefruit, 1d Cassia. It's tasty and gets me going. The other thing I look at it making sure I eat well regularly to keep blood sugar stable. It can effect my moods and zest for life if I ignore it.
Basil & Rosemary are my 2 go to oils to assist my adrenal as getting stuck in fight or flight makes them work to hard. A trick for getting out of fight or flight- look at detail very closely appreciating it. It physiologicly alters us to using our para-sympathetic nervous system. Yes stoping to smell the roses really does help. :)
I also would not be with out my LLV. Sugar makes stess in our body worse. Drinking plenty of water and going for a short walk are all favorites of mine to help the body decompress in the afternoon.
