I've also had some issues with this. I mixed Basil, Cypress, Deep Blue, Frankincense, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Lavender and Wintergreen all in a roller bottle (I was desperate so I just tried whatever ones on the list that I had on hand from here: http://neweverythingessential.me/plantar-fasciitis/plantar-fasciitis-suggested-protocols/. One time i forgot the lavender and I could tell a difference.) 1:2 ratio with a carrier oil. I rub it on my calf, down my leg, around my ankle and under my foot. I feel instant relief and sometimes the pain is almost completely gone.

I have been dealing with this nightmare for a few months now and tried everything. Finally I tried using just lemongrass first and then layered Deep Blue over that and used deep blue rub up y calfs and I can alredy tell the difference within the last 4 days! Before I was using lemongrass, cypress and basil and no luck.
