I'd recommend the Z Pack alternative protocol, it worked very well for me just before Christmas.
You'll need size 00 veggie capsules - (I get them here: https://www.aromatools.com/category_s/615.htm) Because these contain "hot" oils you may want to add 2-3 drops of coconut or some other ingestible carrier oil. Split the dose so that you take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening and always with food.
DAY 1: Take two [00] capsules, each containing
DROPS / OIL
6 / On Guard
3 / Oregano
1 / Frankincense
DAY 2: Take two [00] capsules, each containing
DROPS / OIL
5 / Melaleuca
5 / Lemongrass
2 / Thyme
2 / Cinnamon
DAY 3: Take two [00] capsules, each containing
DROPS / OIL
5 / Cinnamon
5 / Oregano
5 / Lemon
Fever has a purpose but if she's consistently running at 101-102 she's probably pretty uncomfortable. Peppermint is soothing and helps to reduce fever when applied topically, but I'd dilute it, fevered skin is very sensitive. Apply to forehead, temples, possibly even gently on her back - over her lungs. I know there are other oils to use for dealing with fever but I can't remember them at the moment. I'm sure other members will also have more input.
