You can google "doTERRA a2z vitamins PDF" and get the full info sheet from the doTERRA site. And the bottle says suitable for 4 yrs old+. But I've been giving 1 tablet to my daughter for almost a year and she just turned 3. 1 tablet is 1/2 the daily dosage. Our daughter also has health complications - she's a type 1 diabetic - and the nutrition facts are on the bottle, in case you need them.
