[Everything doTERRA] Re: terrible rash on forearms

OH!  I forgot to say that I am now taking only the 3 Xeomega and 2 Alpha CRS+ daily.  I cut out the MicroPlex VMZ entirely because it has yeast in it.

• I started drinking distilled water yesterday with lemon oil, instead of our tap water with lemon oil.
• I ordered the cleanse combo and I look forward to adding that regimen and seeing what it can do.
