I also have a GX Assist question... Started the cleanse, took 2 pills the first day had almost diarrea, went down to 1 pill on day 2 and 3 and was fine. Then unfortunately I was called back into the hospital to resolve a different non related issue. Had too little time to prepare and forgot my GX pills. What should I do? Is it bad to have a day or two of a break? They also fed me yoghurt today... Does it matter? Do I continue with GX when home again tomorrow, until I have taken GX for a total of 10 days? Or do I first build up with PB and just call it a short cleanse? ( I dont want to throw off my system too much)
