Sounds viral to me. I like to apply OnGuard un the spine followed my Mellisa (if you have it). Otherwise maybe Black Pepper or/& Arborvitae.
I always put Balance on my household when I'll. I've found it assists the body to keep progressing in wellness. Of course fluids are big here too.
Are you family taking LLV. Nutrition is always a great method to inspire healthy in a body.
If cypress is not assist for body aches, honestly never used it for that. I'd more on to a different oil. Margorium can be great here. AromaTouch can help.
Some more ideas: if there is not a quick response to Euculptus again Id move on. I've found there in often a particular oil that is just the ticket to support the body to heal. White Fir is another common one I've seen. For instance a respitory virus last year responded well to it with breathe and OnGuard +.
Thyme can be soothing to the body with coughs.
I hope that gives you some ideas and Id be using oils on me as well as preventatives. As well as diffusing. Also keeping upbeat helps. Id be using TerraShield as well as the OnGuard on me.
I like oregano, OnGuard, & Lemon to help support me when I'm feeling warn down to assist in keeping up my resistance.
Hope that gives you some ideas. Also a Zyto scan, if you have one available, can help with more supporting ideas we have not thought of.
