[Everything doTERRA] Cat Urine

I have an elderly cat who has decided that peeing all over is easier than going in the litter box:-( 
Is there an oil or blend that can help remove the smell & help prevent him from going back to the same spot? 
I have tried store bought sprays but have had no success.
